Any time you are suspicious of your wife,
husband, or anyone else that you have a personal relationship with.
Do you need to recover hidden assets? Do you need protection services
from an abusive spouse? ALWAYS research potential business relationships
BEFORE they are initiated, or at the very least, before you sign
a contract. Is your landlord a pervert? Check his/her background
before you rent that apartment. Are your new tenant’s deadbeats?
Find out BEFORE you sign the lease! Does your ex owe child support?
There are hundreds of situations that may require a P.I. These are
just a few! Contact us to see if
your case qualifies!
Back To The Questions
You may find e-mail or notes from previously
unknown individuals. Your spouse may claim to be working odd hours,
but their whereabouts remain in question. Check cell phone records,
credit card receipts, check pockets and vehicles. If your spouse
suddenly has a pre-paid wireless phone, such as Cricket, you may
want to investigate. Pre-paid cell phones are a favorite of cheaters,
because they are harder to trace. Does your spouse suddenly turn
off the computer when you enter the room? Other things to watch
for: Your spouse may be overly attentive when they never were before.
(This is usually due to a guilty conscience). Your spouse may begin
to find fault with you for things that used to be minor issues.
Your spouse may lose interest in sex. (Usually because they are
getting it somewhere else). Trust your instincts. If a sixth sense
is telling you that something is wrong, then have it checked out.
If there is nothing going on, at least you’ll have peace of
mind. If there is, then you’ll have the evidence to prove
it. Either way, you come out ahead.

Back To The Questions
Any P.I. Firm that you hire should handle
your case with integrity and professionalism. You should receive
complete, well-written investigative reports, submitted in a timely
manner and certified by the field investigator.
Back To The Questions
Ask to see sample reports. If there appear
to be uniform events in all of them, such as the UPS man making
a delivery, the mail arriving at the same time on different cases,
then you may be receiving a “stock report”. This is
illegal and will not be tolerated by Walton Investigations. We back
up our reports with dated hourly or half hourly video shots to verify
the investigators presence. These tapes should be provided to you
with your written report. Check the BBB and ask for references.
Is your prospective P.I. a member of their state association? They
should be. Beware of P.I. firms that offer big discounts on services.
They will probably do just enough to get by. Ask yourself, do you
want it done cheap or do you want it done correctly and to know
the truth? Does your firm have your well being in mind? A competent
P.I. firm should offer referrals to attorneys and counselors. Ask
questions. A reputable firm will not take just any case and they
will not take your money unless they feel that they can help you.
Walton Investigations meets all of the above criteria.
Back To The Questions
Yes. Here’s why. No two cases are alike
and a firm may receive infrequent requests for some services. In
these cases we use subcontractors rather than keep these specialists
on staff at great expense. We only hire fully licensed subcontractors
and we vouch for their work. It’s only after extensive research
that we add a subcontractor to our list. In doing so we are assured
that they meet the same intensive standards that we demand of ourselves
and promise to you. The other reason is that very few firms specialize
in EVERYTHING. If a firm advertises, as some do that they NEVER
use subcontractors, you should steer clear. They may be doing work
they are not qualified to do. A competent firm should have ONE goal,
and that is to obtain the highest level of investigative work possible
for its clients. If that means hiring subcontractors in certain
circumstances, then that’s what should be done. At Walton
Investigations, we’ll let you know in advance if subcontractors
may be needed on YOUR case.
Back To The Questions
Get your facts together. The more information
you can give your investigator, the better off you’ll be.
Even if it seems minor to you, don’t disregard it. Your investigator
is trained to look at the evidence and from there he/she will determine
if you have a case, and will advise you on how to proceed.
Back To The Questions
At the close of the investigation, your investigator
will provide you with detailed reports, video evidence, transcripts
of interviews and anything else related to the case. Records will
be kept on site for three years and then stored by electronic means
indefinitely. Your investigator will be available to testify for
you in court should your attorney request it. (Standard rates apply).
Your investigator will give his/her conclusions and recommendations
as to how to proceed following your investigation.
Back To The Questions
Walton Investigations employs male and female
agents of various ethnic backgrounds. While we respect your input
and will certainly attempt to comply with your request, we reserve
the right to make the final determination in assigning agents to
your case. Rest assured that when we assign an agent to your case,
that they have been thoroughly trained and are fully competent to
handle the assignment
