Private Investigator License # 3215
>>Employment
Background:
Private Investigators come from all walks of life. Contrary to popular
belief, most P.I.’s are not former police officers. Many are
former sales people, where their skills at obtaining information to
close the sale transfer easily as they try to obtain information from
an interview subject. Men and women of all ethnic backgrounds perform
equally well as private investigators provided they have proper training.
Patience and attention to detail are important as well as the willingness
to take acceptable risks in order to get the evidence needed to make
a case
. Employment Requirements:
A thorough working knowledge of
the laws governing the private investigation profession in your state.
At least two years of college at an accredited
institution
A thorough and exhaustive background investigation
by our agency and
and your state of residence
. Criminal
issues involving moral turpitude or financial misconduct
will disqualify you from the consideration process.
Upon hire agents will become proficient
in writing investigative reports and submitting them in
a timely manner.
Some out of state travel may be required
All agents are required to obtain a
concealed carry permit. Employees will properly maintain and carry
a weapon of .32 caliber or higher whenever they are on ANY
type of assignment for Walton Investigations unless specifically
directed to disarm. Exceptions to this would be for out
of state travel and then the carry laws for that particular
state would be followed to the letter.
Agents will be required to attend martial
arts training at least two hours per week.
Things can go bad, even on the simplest assignments. Since
all agents are required to carry weapons, there needs to
be as many barriers as possible in place before that level
of deadly force is reached.

will serve a probationary/training period.
During this time the agent will be trained in the following
